SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. 
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping costs
Single Pair — $5.95
5-Pack — $5.95
7-Pack — FREE

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on 
weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is [X–Y] business days after processing. All duties 
and import fees are already included in your order total — you will 
never be charged anything extra on delivery.

Tracking
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon 
as your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business 
days, email us at hello@tryloumilo.com and we'll look into it.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier delays 
and customs processing can affect delivery. We'll always help you track 
down a delayed package — just reach out.

Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able 
to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a package is returned to 
us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship it once you cover the 
return shipping.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at 
hello@tryloumilo.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and 
we'll make it right.
